Daira HQ · last updated 29 September 2026
Daira HQ is the internal workspace of the Daira EdTech team, published on Google Play by Reora Labs LLP. It is not open to the public: nobody can use it unless the team has added them. This page says what the app keeps about the people who use it, why, and what you can ask of us. Questions go to info@dairaedtech.in.
What we keep, and why
- Your name and email address, so you can sign in (with a code sent to your email, or a password you set) and so your colleagues can see who did what.
- What you put in it: tasks, comments, messages, notes, decisions, risks, check-ins, and the photos and files you attach. A photo is made smaller and has its location removed on your device before it is sent.
- A record of changes: who created, changed or completed what, and when, so the team can see how work moved.
- Your notification choices, and, if you turn on notifications on a phone or a browser, that device’s push address, which is forgotten when you turn them off or sign out.
We do not collect your location or your contacts, and there are no ads.
Who sees it
Inside the workspace, what each person sees follows their role: a department marked private is hidden from everybody not granted it, and a person’s confidential record is seen only by the roles allowed to. Outside it:
- Microsoft Azure hosts the app, its database and its files in India, and sends its emails.
- Ask HQ, if you use it, sends your question, and the records you are allowed to see that answer it, to an AI model provider (Google’s Gemini or Groq) to write the answer.
We do not sell your data or share it with anybody for their own use.
How long we keep it
For as long as the team needs its records. When you leave the team, you can no longer sign in; the work you did stays part of the team’s record.
Your choices
You can change your name, password and notification choices in Settings. To see what we hold about you, or to have your account removed, write to info@dairaedtech.in. Records of work the team needs may be kept with your name taken off them.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. The database is closed to the internet and reached only by the app, and who may see what is checked on every request, by the app and by the database itself.
Changes
When the app changes what it keeps, this page changes with it, and says when.
